Laurel Webster

Piano

Laurel Webster is a student in her fourth year of study at California Baptist University, studying Graphic Design and Music.  Her concentration is in Piano Pedagogy.  She will continue to finish her double B.A. degrees at CSU Fullerton, studying music under Dr. Watson, a renowned professor of Piano Studies.  Growing up in a musical family, her interest in music quickly became her passion at a young age.  Studying piano for 13 years, she has performed for several weddings, fashio shows and conventions, along with studio and senior recitals.  Laurel participated in the Certificate of Merit to the age of 15, finishing at an advanced level X ability.  She has competed in the Music Teachers Association of California Solo Competition, Pasadena Sacred Music Festival, and Southern California Bach Festival.

Her desire to share her passion for music is what drives Laurel to teach piano.  her hope is to share the love of music with people of all ages, and to instill an appreciation for music that will last a lifetime.  Laurel is committed to the success of each of her students, planning lessons that are designed to meet the specific needs of the individual.
